For everyone who loves the sea, for professional underwater divers and for those of you who want to feel the emotion of your first underwater dive, Talas Dive Center puts its PADI Dive Center at your disposal.
Situated inside the "El Menzel" residence in the locality of 'Lido di Capoliveri' and only 100m away from the beach, the Talas Diving Center is equipped with a modern and organized structure which includes equipment rinsing tanks, changing rooms, storeroom, classroom complete with all the necessary didactic material for teaching programes: PADI, FIAS, HSA, PSA, IANTO e Dan Oxygen.
The Diving Center is equipped with an ARA refilling unit with Olmeva and LW compressors and with a refilling ramp to mix NITROX, TRIMIX as well as Oxygen, Argon, Helio with an OIL-FREE RIX compressor that guarantees pure air free from oil vapours and with the right level of humidity.
The Center's Storeroom is equipped with a large amount of wet suits, semi-watertight and watertight, Mares voltrex regulators with octos and dive computers, 747 Free Shark and OMS buoyancy compensatores, as well as complete equipment for technical diving. Nikonos V, videocameras, Sony protective covers, flashlights, 50 to 400 watt torches, various lenses, underwater vehicles and an equipped workshop complete the list.
The surrounding sea offers different underwater diving areas for different levels of diving experiences. It is also interesting from a biological and photographic point of view, thanks to the characteristic transparent seawater and the presence of numerous forms of marine life typical of the Mediterranean.
The Talas staff consists of qualified Instructors, Assistant Instructors and professional Divemasters who await you to accompany you on your dives, which will always take place in complete safety considering the level of experience of each individual underwater diver.

We have various boats: "Gabbiano" 13 metres for 20 people, "Grinta" 10 metres for 10 people, various dinghies and glass- fibre boats for quicker trips, as well as the two daily trips we organise a full-day out with lunch and tank refilling on board so as to enable you to spend unforgettable days together.
DISCOVERY SCUBA DIVING
If you want to try for the first time the amazing experience to breath underwater, Talas Diving Center put at your disposal his decennial experience.
We meet in the afternoon at 5 p.m. at diving base to see a little piece of videotape who explane us what we will going to do in the swimming pool. At the end of the swimming pool session you will be ready to dive.
New meeting point the morning after swimming pool session at 8.30 a.m. and sailing at 9 a.m. with "MAY BE" boat to make two beautifull and unforgettable dives.
Return is forseen about 2.30 p.m. During the day, hot thea, "focaccia" and a "pasta plate" will be serve up.
DAILY DIVES
Talas Diving Center, organise everyday half day excursion with 2 dives on the confortable boat "May Be", for already patent divers.
Meeting point at diving base at 8,30 a.m. to prepare the equipment, sailing at 9 a.m.
The "May Be" boat is 12 mt. Length and 4 mt. Width, equipped with a LW 27 mc compressor, 26 of 12 lt. and 15 lt. tanks, WC, shower, kitchen, solarium and two 280 cv engines (for 18 knts speed navigation).
Dives will be realized according to patent level and experience of everyone and always in maximum safety.
During the day hot thea, "focaccia" and a pasta plate will be serve up. Return is forseen at 2,30 p.m.
FULL DAY
Talas Diving Center, organizes weekly full day to Pianosa banks which are situated only one mile from Pianosa island in the middle of the channel, for advanced and skilled divers.
This is a 3 dives excursion on board of the confortable boat "May Be". Meeting point at diving base 8.30 a.m. to prepare equipment, sailing at 9 a.m.
First dive is foreseen after about 50 min. navigation on "Ancorone bank", than after about 60 min. break second dive on "Grecale bank".
After lunch possibility for the 3rd dive on "Pomonte wreck". Booth banks dives will be realized with a little decompression time. Nitrox dives are also possible and recommended. During the day, hot thea, "focaccia" bread, pastaplate, fruit salad and coffee will be serve up. Return is foreseen at about 6 p.m.
