Our experienced team guarantees you the highest safety standards and the best diving Aqaba has to offer!

Sea the difference with SeaStar – Red Sea Diving with out the Crowds!

Diving in Aqaba -
With an average visibility of 30m, and temperatures ranging from 20C in winter to 27C in summer, Aqaba is perfect for diving all year round. We have amazing coral reefs, and majestic ship wrecks just waiting to be explored. With very mild to no currents it is a perfect place for beginners as the reefs start as soon as you step in to the water. For those looking for a bit more adventure our 80, long Lebanese Cargo Ship 'The Cedar Pride' is bound to impress!

Shore Diving in Aqaba with SeaStar WaterSports is based from our private beach club - Club Murjan., situated 10Km outside of the town centre in the Aqaba Marine Park area. We have 3 beautiful house reefs just a 50m walk or a mini bus to take you to other dive sites further down the coast. All divers have full use of the club facilities for free while diving with us. These include a heated swimming pool, full changing/shower facilities, restaurant/bar and secure lockers and cages for personal items and equipment. It is the perfect place to relax between dives or for non-diving companions to snorkel/swim and enjoy the sunshine.

Boat diving in Aqaba
is not really necessary as most of the dive sites are extremely close to the shore. The Gulf of Aqaba is a rift valley and so gets extremely deep just a short distance out to sea. There are 2 or 3 dive sites that are only accessible by boat such as the majestic 'Power Station' wall dive, or the photographers paradise that is 'Kiwi Reef' but this is due to the fact that there have been new developments built close to the beach restricting the shore access rather than the distance out to sea.  Despite this, SeaStar still offers you the chance of a more relaxed diving experienced, let's face it who likes carrying there equipment up and down the beach!

Our purpose built dive boat "MY SEASTAR" is 19m long and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 recreational divers or 30 snorkelers, and is equipped with a freshwater shower, toilet, large indoor salon area, 4 cabins, upper sun deck and a spacious dive deck.  Our boat crew is very experienced in Jordanian waters and provides great care in assisting you with your equipment both in and out of the water. On board you can enjoy 2 or 3 dives, be served a mouth watering BBQ lunch between dives and, of course, have bottled water and soft drinks all. The boat is available for private charter on request.

All of our PADI courses are available in the following languages: English, Arabic, French, Czech and Russian, also all of our PADI material is available in many more. We like to keep our classes as small as possible with no extra charge for one-to-one courses. All of our prices for the courses include, all dives, all materials, full equipment hire and diving insurance. For those looking to GO PRO, we can help you with our fantastic internships. Complete your pro level course while working along side our highly experienced team ensures you leave with a wealth of great diving experience.
